Highlights

  • Dave Collins (original singer) was replaced by Lorenzo Serna in late 2003. Lorenzo's first show with Small Town Drunk was on Nov 15, 2003.
  • Donovan Stewart started Christopher Walken Overdrive with Fred Frenzel on October 10, 2004.
  • Joe Bailey started The Plainsmen with Nic Garcia on November 12, 2004.
  • Small Town Drunk filmed three music videos, two of which were available to the public through their website, for the songs "Bleeding Mass" and "OLP".
  • The third music video was for the song "Hiding Under A Red Hat Of Guilt", but was never finished.
  • "OLP" is an abbreviation for "Our Little Penises", or "Our Latin Penises", as a reference to their hispanic lead singer, Lorenzo Serna. Officially, "Our Little Penises" was what "OLP" stood for.
  • Won the 2003 Popplers Music "Battle of the Bands".
  • Played Rudies Ska Cafe in St. Paul, MN before it closed in late 2003.
  • Released a song called "Balls Deep In A T_______ Y___ O__ Hooker", which prompted surveillance of their website (http://www.smalltowndrunk.com for a short time by the FBI (which is entirely true, and documented). [Song title edited to keep unwanted attention away from Yahtzeen.]
  • Released hidden songs on a mixed mode CD-r in 2003, available at Cheapo Disc until 2004, when the disc "2004" replaced copies still available of "2003", ten copies to be exact.
  • Five copies of "2003" are still known to exist.
