Phantom band? Absolutely not. Played numerous shows in 1998. They dressed up in suits, but the original idea was to wear GI Joe C.O.B.R.A. soldier outfits. That ended up being too much work. They used tons of samples in their songs. Sort of a Man Or Astroman meets The Make Up thing?
