   Passing Gas

   Pooting

   Air Poop
   The list goes on...

Could something that at times can smell so disgusting be normal?

Farting is obviously a regular behavior but it is surely not a normal behavior.

So Why Do People Fart? People think of farting to be a normal bodily act because everyone does it but just because everyone does it does not make it natural. We have a tendency to measure what is normal based on how many people do something but that is an incorrect way to come to conclusions. Let's take bowel movements for example; you are supposed to have a bowel movement for each meal you partake of per day. If you are eating every day then you should be moving every day. However; there are people that barely move their bowels a few times a week. Most conclude that if they have been doing this all their life or for a few years that this is commonplace for them. The truth is that time doesn't transform abnormal into normal. If you aren't moving your bowels on a regular basis it is poisonous and you amplify your health risks (more on that in another blog post).

Farting is the by-product of internal digestive system imbalances. The body releases these gasses in an undertaking to usher the body back into equilibrium. We live in a fast pace society, no one takes time to gobble up there food any more. The slower you eat the less gas you will have as a result of you are taking the time to predigest your food. By the time it reaches your stomach it should already be broken down to a certain extent. You are supposed to chew your food until it is liquid in the mouth. When you eat too fast, not only is the food not predigested but you also swallow a lot of air that may come up as a belch or pass through the intestines to produce an air bomb.

Another reason is because you may have small levels of good bacteria in the body. Good bacteria is called probiotics. You should have an abundance of probiotics which have numerous functions but one is to assist with digestion. Most people have an over growth of bad bacteria.

So Why Do We Fart?

Those are the main reasons even though there are a few more. If you are experiencing a lot of gas and bloatedness it is most likely because of the reasons stated above. If you try to make the needed changes you can experience some relief.
