Ooi Chong Seong
Ooi Chong Seong will be the President and founding father of Legenda Training Group (LEG). Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong with more than a decade of experience in the area of higher training, is recognised as a pioneer of private tertiary education in Malaysia. Before the founding of LEG, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong held many senior administration positions, each in personal and public corporations and is recognised like a popular member with the small business community.
He holds an Advanced Diploma in Business from the Affiliation of Small business Executives (“ABEâ€), Uk and Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Advertising (“CIMâ€), United kingdom. He is also a Fellow member of both ABE and CIM. In August 2008, in recognition for his contribution to the state and his groundbreaking role within the field of higher schooling in Malaysia, Dato’ Raymond Ooi Chong Seong was awarded the Darjah Paduka Tuanku Jaafar (D.P.T.J) which carries the title Dato’ by the Yang Di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan. He was also not too long ago awarded the award in the “10 Best Overseas Chinese Entrepreneur†at the China International Economics & Technology Cooperation in 2010.
