Matt was born on June 27th, 1985. He grew up and attended schools in Moorhead, MN. He was a member of the Beef Jerks, a punk band, in the late 1990's and then joined the Blue Fairy Godmothers in 2003. After graduating High School, Matt got married and recorded and performed with the BFG's.
