The later incarnation of Sugar and Spikes, after Sam Larson left the group and Noah Schafer took over bass playing duties around 2002. They played frequently in the Bismarck/Mandan area and went on short tours around ND and MN. The group ended in 2006, following the untimely death of Josh Nordwall.
