I changed the band template tonight and added some sample formatting. It should help keep listings a little cleaner for the future. If you have any problems with the changes, feel free to change it back or clean it up or whatever. I won't be offended.

Changed video section of Best Practices

...to reflect changes in video hosting.

I'm going to go through and clean up each profile that has a video link. possibly change them to a video category so they are all one one page and easier to edit in the future. not sure yet. -2/8/2007
