The band 7 Periods was formed from Sam Ova's and Nick Aune's dream to start an 80's band. The name 7 Periods came from Nick just typing out a bunch of periods when asked what to name the band. Cameron Leben joined the band by default, and Mike Opp reluctantly joined the band through connections with Nick.
