The Red Raven is a little coffee house next door to Paradox on Roberts Street. It's located in the basement of that building, thus making it a little difficult to spot the for the first time. It has the cheapest rates of any active venue at about 150 bones. The "stage" barely lifts you off the floor making for intimate show setts reminiscent of playing your friends party in the basement. The one thing that strikes most people (or rather they strick it) is the infamous "Red Raven Pole" More of a pillar. Many a circle fit has been had around the pole. The biggest show I can remember was the New York Sleeps reunion show.
