SorvilloMarske765: Work for your boss or work for yourself what are your options

Have you given up on your dreams?

Remember what it was like when you were a kid? You had all these goals and dreams and the things you were going to achieve in your life, no one was going to stop you right..

So what happened?

As I am writing this at the moment it is Sunday afternoon and I am thinking about that j.o.b (just over broke) that I have to go to tomorrow. Dreading the fact that I have to put in another 38 hours in the next week working to help someone else achieve their dreams.
You see somewhere along the way we lose sight of our own dreams and goals and start to settle. Settle for the fact that our boss is willing to pay us a measly amount of money for our time. Now it doesn't matter if you are a Dishwasher earning $10 an hour or a Doctor earning $150,000 per year, while you are employed for someone else you can only draw so much because you only have so much time you can put in. We all have just 168 hours in every week.
We need to start looking inside ourselves and find that inner child. Start taking a few risks and look at leveraging our time. Leverage, that is the way to make the money required to start achieving your goals and dreams. What is leverage? Leverage is the currency of today. To leverage your time you need to take advantage of the disposable resources you have available and use them to maximum efficiency.

Now there are a few ways that we can make extra money these days let's look at a few of them.

Take on a second job. Well we could do this and if money is your only proposal then this might work for you. The down side to this preference is that you are still trading hours for dollars and at some point you will run out of hours to give and therefore your possible income will reach a level and level out at some point.

You could get an education to build up more sort after skills and get a raise at work for the hours you are currently putting into the job. However, it will take time to get the education and your hourly rate will increase but there will still be a limit to the amount of income you can earn.

You could join one of the many multi level marketing businesses out there. They are a great opportunity to start earning a residual (ongoing) income if they are set up correctly. Having been involved in the multi level marketing industry for some time now I am personally a big fan. I love the feeling of freedom that you can get from owning your own business and it is a great feeling once you start sponsoring people ad training them to build their own business. The start up cost to this is reasonable considering you are purchasing the rights to distribute products within your state, territory or country but you will need $100 to $500 to get started and then there are the training expenses.

Blogging is a great way to earn money online. There are a number of affiliate programs that will pay you commissions for any sales that you make on their products. A lot of blogs out there today are promoting a range of different affiliate programs in an effort to make money.

Personally, I have chosen to utilise the resources of the Empower Network, where the blogging platform is already set up , sales videos and sales funnels are already in place and all I have to do is drive traffic to the website and they pay me 100% commissions on any sales. So how do I drive traffic? Well spending about an hour a day I put together a blog post a day and then market that through my existing social networks. Oh and did I mention that I can develop my business worldwide. I am not restricted to just one country or territory.

The online training available through Empower Network, is some of the best training I have ever come across and the training is not specific to those promoting the Empower Network. The skills, knowledge and training that you will learn through these programs can be used to promote and market any business or product online.

In Conclusion

Well there you go - there are a few options available to you if you are looking for a way to buy back your Monday morning.

Are you serious about wanting to chase your own dreams, rather than those of your boss?
If you want more than you have today , are you ready to do something different? Maybe it's time to start looking at some of these options
If you are serious about wanting to make a change to your bank balance right now then you need to visit my website and get started with me today.

SorvilloMarske765: As communities expand our world gets smaller and smaller

Growing up, the world felt like such a huge place. Being able to communicate with someone on the other side of the world used to take so long. I remember having a pen pal in Japan and we would send letters, yes that's right hand written letters to each other and even with Air Mail it would take about two weeks to get a reply. This out dated method of communication has been replaced by email where you could then get a response within a matter of hours. Email has now been replaced by Instant Messaging where you can now have a real time conversation with someone half way across the world via text messaging or even video chat.
Sharing of information
Information sharing has also come a long way. It used to be that if you needed information you would visit a library and search for the information you needed in books. Today we simply type a question into Google and the answer to our question magically appears. Someone shares a picture or a video or some other information with us on "facebook" and with a few keystokes we have shared this with everyone on our friends list. It is so much easier to share information these days.
Expanding social networks
Again, when I was younger, my social network would extend as far as the playground. And if I wanted to talk to my friends I would have to jump on my push bike and go visit my friends. Today, with social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, My Space, Tumblr, Stumble Upon, Bebo...etc we are able to develop huge networks of people. Some of these people we interact with regularly, some we add to our friends list because we share a common interest.
Our ability to reach out to people quickly through these methods satisfies our need to feel accepted. We feel that the more friends we have, the more popular we are. But my question is, how many of your friends on these social networking sites do you really know well. My challenge to you would be reach out to someone on your list today and get to know them better. Establish a real connection with someone and that way we can grow through our social interactions. By starting conversations with people existing in our community we can develop a greater understanding of cultures and other communities around the world.
The development of communities
We all have the power to develop communities and to share and participate in the growth of those communities. Become an active member of your community today, stop living life on the sidelines. Get involved today. My challenge for you today would be to,
1.	Share this post within your community
2.	Leave a comment on the post
3.	Start a conversation with a friend in your community
Could you be a builder of Communities?
If you are interested in developing communities and looking to see how those communities can work together to increase your income come check out my web page, enter your email and come join our community

Gtec was founded in Townsville, Queensland in 2011, in response to community needs. Greg Macintyre is the founder of Gtec, alongside with his team including Richard Roe, Deborah Seiuli and David Morris.

Focused on developing and supporting clients including the long term unemployed; youth; people with disabilities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait islanders. The programs are designed to be flexible for all language and literacy skills.
Courses offered through Gtec
Gtec currently offer courses including:
First Aid
Business Courses -Accredited and non accredited
Retail Courses - Accredited and non accredited
Hospitality courses
Community Services
And very successful youth programs.

So why choose Gtec?
Gtec have assembled a team of dedicated staff, passionate about developing skills and knowledge in their students and then following through with marketing to local employers. This approach develops a win, win, win situation. The Student wins because they have developed skills to get them into work, the employer wins because they get a newly trained employee keen and eager to put these skills into practice, and the Townsville community wins because we are able to retain skilled labour working in local business.
Constantly developing local networks of employers, Gtec are very quickly establishing themselves as a a training company of choice and local employers can approach Gtec with the confidence that Gtec will offer top shelf service every time.
So if you are someone looking to get training, living in the Townsville area, go and check out the site to view the courses currently on offer. If you are an employer looking for staff and are finding it difficult to find candidates with just the right skills why not contact Gtec to talk to the staff about developing a course to suit your requirements.
Gtec training and development are empowering their community through Training and Education. Establishing links with local employers is the key to developing a thriving Education and Training company in any town. Richard Roe is developing an amazing rapport with local employers both large and small and it is through these efforts that Gtec have been able to get such great results so far. While speaking to Richard you can hear the passion that hde has for his position and he love that he has for the work that he is doing.
Having such a passion for the work is one of the driving factors for Richard and the company. All the staff at Gtec have been hand picked and all demonstrate a massive drive to want to see the company succeed. We should all have a passion like this in our own jobs. It would make sucha huge difference in the way that we look at the work we do. Instead of having an attitude of "I've got to go to work", Richard and the team at Gtec have an "I get to go to work" attitude and this has made such a huge impact on the results that the business has seen so far.
I look forward to developing a long and very prosperous partnership with Gtec because when you patner up with a company with the drive, determination and attitude that Gtec show then your setting your own business on the path to success
